Tuna Belly (also known as Ventresca) is the tender, buttery belly cut of albacore tuna, the most prized part of the fish and what we call the wagyu of the sea. Each tin takes 37 minutes to make, resulting in a silky, melt-in-your-mouth bite that feels indulgent and unforgettable. Only about 6 percent of the fish is belly, making this tin a rare treasure meant to be savored slowly and shared with love.
Wild-Caught in the Bay of Biscay: This prized tuna belly (ventresca) is sourced from the cold, nutrient-rich waters of the Bay of Biscay, known for producing some of the world’s highest-quality tuna.
Line-Caught, One by One: Each tuna is caught individually using traditional pole-and-line methods, a time-honored, sustainable practice passed down through generations of Basque fishermen. This selective method ensures the quality of each catch and minimizes by catch, preserving marine biodiversity.

Shipping
Orders typically require 2–6 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking will be provided once shipped. Orders may arrive in separate packages and may take longer outside the continental US. Shipping cannot be made to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging. Final sale, custom, exclusive, and limited pieces are not eligible. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected. Shipping costs, duties, and fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with photos upon delivery; we will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will file a carrier claim and replace the order once resolved. Orders marked “delivered” but not received may require a police report for replacement.
