1: Fill the pot with water, add about one-fifth of the amount of rice and potato starch, and cook over low heat until the rice is tender and does not spill over.
2: After the pot is completely cooled, remove the contents and rinse them in cold water. It is more effective to leave the pot simmering overnight.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging. Final sale, custom, exclusive, and limited pieces are not eligible. Return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected. Shipping costs, duties, and fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with photos upon delivery; we will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will file a carrier claim and replace the order once resolved. Orders marked βdeliveredβ but not received may require a police report for replacement.
