All crafted in Japan. Barrel-aged. Cabi's Sweet Yuzu Vinaigrette gives a refreshing, aromatic, and bright twist to vegetables, salads, fish, or any of your dishes. Also, we’ve mixed in real yuzu peels for some texture and an extra zing.

• Versatile Pairing: Enhances salads, dressings when it mixed with olive oil, and glazes with a unique twist. Also used as sushi rice vinegar for your sushi dinner.

• Barrel-Aged Fermentation: Within the process of rice vinegar production, there is a sake-making step. Many vinegar breweries outsource sake as an ingredient and add it before fermentation; however, we create everything, including sake, from scratch to control the aroma and outstanding flavors of the rice vinegar itself.

Shipping

Orders typically require 2–6 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking will be provided once shipped. Orders may arrive in separate packages and may take longer outside the continental US. Shipping cannot be made to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging. Final sale, custom, exclusive, and limited pieces are not eligible. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected. Shipping costs, duties, and fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with photos upon delivery; we will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will file a carrier claim and replace the order once resolved. Orders marked “delivered” but not received may require a police report for replacement.
