This wooden paper towel holder takes a typically humble household item and makes it a countertop attraction. With a shapely form and satisfying colorway, it’s much better looking than the rest. It also comes flat-packed, is easy to put together, and has rubber bumpers on the bottom so that it stands steady. Suddenly, doing the dirty work is rather delightful.

How to assemble your Spool Paper Towel Holder:
Step 1: Screw the dowel into the base disc with the short screw end. Do not screw the long screw end into the base or else it won't work and could damage the product. Then place a roll of paper towels onto the dowel.
Step 2: Wait! Did you put your paper towel roll on yet? Good! Now, place the top disc of the paper towel holder onto the dowel. The long screw end should be sticking out through the center of the disc.
Step 3: Finally, twist the top knob piece onto the screw.
Shipping
Orders typically require 2–6 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking will be provided once shipped. Orders may arrive in separate packages and may take longer outside the continental US. Shipping cannot be made to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging. Final sale, custom, exclusive, and limited pieces are not eligible. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected. Shipping costs, duties, and fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with photos upon delivery; we will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will file a carrier claim and replace the order once resolved. Orders marked “delivered” but not received may require a police report for replacement.
