Our Momofuku Soy Sauce has a depth of flavor that's nothing like you've had before. We make our restaurant-grade Soy Sauce with wholesome ingredients for Momofuku-level quality and taste. It’s built on 10 years of flavor research from the Momofuku Goods team and we’re making it available to home cooks for the first time.

Each bottle contains 8oz (236 ml) of Soy Sauce.

f you’re used to grocery store soy sauce, you’ve never had anything like this. Our Momofuku Soy Sauce is steeped with kombu for 48 hours for ultimate depth and flavor.

Shipping

Orders typically require 2–6 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking will be provided once shipped. Orders may arrive in separate packages and may take longer outside the continental US. Shipping cannot be made to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging. Final sale, custom, exclusive, and limited pieces are not eligible. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected. Shipping costs, duties, and fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with photos upon delivery; we will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will file a carrier claim and replace the order once resolved. Orders marked “delivered” but not received may require a police report for replacement.
