"Kutani-yaki" is a 300-year-old kiln in Japan.
Even today, Kutani-yaki is highly regarded for its unique and powerful beauty as a representative of Japanese colored porcelain.
However, Kutani Yaki porcelain is not painted with colors, but rather, the beauty of the original form is focused on, and only the rusting of the rim is added to the traditional shape to create a minimalist and modern design. It is a simple vessel that looks great no matter what you serve it with.

Shipping

Orders typically require 2–6 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking will be provided once shipped. Orders may arrive in separate packages and may take longer outside the continental US. Shipping cannot be made to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging. Final sale, custom, exclusive, and limited pieces are not eligible. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected. Shipping costs, duties, and fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with photos upon delivery; we will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will file a carrier claim and replace the order once resolved. Orders marked “delivered” but not received may require a police report for replacement.
