Our incense is luxuriously crafted with a base of sandalwood and blended with natural fragrances. It is characterized by its soft aroma and minimal smoke.

- Usage Instructions *After igniting the tip of the incense, extinguish the flame and allow it to smolder. *Place the incense in a holder made of non-combustible material once it starts smoking. *Use a tray or similar item to catch the ash under the incense holder. *Do not use near flammable materials or in windy areas. Be cautious as embers may remain even after the smoke has dissipated. *Keep out of reach of children.
Shipping
Orders typically require 2–6 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Tracking will be provided once shipped. Orders may arrive in separate packages and may take longer outside the continental US. Shipping cannot be made to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition/packaging. Final sale, custom, exclusive, and limited pieces are not eligible. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected. Shipping costs, duties, and fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us with photos upon delivery; we will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will file a carrier claim and replace the order once resolved. Orders marked “delivered” but not received may require a police report for replacement.
